Interlibrary Loans

Need an article or ebook chapter that CUE Library doesn't have access to? Try using our interlibrary loan system!

All CUE students, faculty, and staff can make interlibrary loan requests.

What items can you request?

  • Articles & ebook chapters that CUE Library does not have access to
  • Books, DVDs, CDs and other physical items that come from libraries outside of the NEOS library system
    • Ex: St. Albert Public Library, University of Calgary, etc.

How long does it take?

Interlibrary loan requests usually take 2-3 days to be completed but depending on where your item is coming from the request could take as little as a few hours to a few weeks.

How do you recieve your interlibary loan?

If your request is filled, links to articles and ebook chapters are sent to your CUE email address while, books and other physical items, are sent to CUE Library for you to pick up. In some rare cases, print copies of articles or ebook chapters are also sent to CUE Library for you to pick up.
