Your Library Barcode & PIN

Your library barcode and PIN allow you to access many library services. Such services include, placing holds, requesting interlibrary loans, registering for an L-Pass and checking your library My Account.

Find your 13-digit library barcode number on the back of your CUE ID card.

Using Your Library Barcode & PIN

When you know your library barcode and PIN you will be able to access the following services:

My Account:

Logging into your library My Account allows you to keep track of the items you have checked out as well as any holds you have placed. You can also renew your checked-out items and keep track of any library fines you may have accumulated.

  • Check holds
  • Check due dates for borrowed items
  • Renew items to keep them longer

Placing Holds:

As a CUE student, faculty or staff member, you have access to millions of items from the NEOS library system. Books, CDs & DVDs from across NEOS are delivered to Concordia for you for free.

Place books and othe physical items on hold in our online catalogue.

Requesting Interlibrary Loans:

CUE students, faculty and staff can have articles and ebook chapters that are not owned by CUE Library made available to them through our interlibrary loan system.
